I have two nights here. Which one should I book?
The first, if you want the widest choice of names and a free move in hand afterwards. The second, if you want an unhurried booking with nothing waiting behind it. There is no third answer, and the honest advice is to decide before you travel rather than on the day, because an evening chosen on the Wednesday is arranged from a full roster and an evening chosen at eight on the Saturday is arranged from what is left.
How far ahead should I write?
As soon as your dates are fixed. Notice does not make her arrive faster, since the window is forty to sixty minutes either way, but it buys choice, and on a trip with one usable evening choice is the thing worth having. Mid-week for a weekend is the practical rule. For two therapists or a whole night, ask as soon as you have booked the flight.
What does a booking cost?

Is there a weekend rate?
No, and none was ever written. A Saturday costs what a Tuesday costs, a holiday Monday costs the same again, and nothing is charged for her journey anywhere inside the central districts. What a busy date changes is availability and the deposit, not the figure. Peak dates carry half the fee ahead whatever the notice, which is the only way the calendar touches the money.
When do I have to send a deposit?
Half the fee goes ahead on seven kinds of booking: anything agreed more than twenty-four hours before it starts, the eight hour block at any start time, two therapists whatever the length, a room at Schiphol or an airport hotel, a peak date, a session of three hours or more, and the first booking anybody makes with the house. Only a returning guest's same-day hour or two at a city address is settled entirely on arrival.
How is the deposit sent?
By card first, with Revolut, Wise or cryptocurrency for anyone who would rather use one of those. Bank transfers and PayPal have no part in it. Cash cannot serve as a deposit, for the plain reason that a deposit is settled before she sets out and cash only changes hands in the room. What happens if my plans change mid-trip?
A single change of date costs nothing, so long as the request lands in the thread with more than twenty-four hours still to run and the replacement evening falls inside fourteen days. The deposit crosses to the new evening whole. A second move, or one asked for inside the final day, is measured on the notice scale exactly as a cancellation written at that moment would be, and whatever the scale does not keep travels on.
And if I cancel altogether?
The notice decides it. More than twenty-four hours ahead, nothing is kept and the deposit returns in full. Inside the last day, with the journey not yet started, half the deposit is kept as fee already earned and half is repaid. With the journey started, the deposit is kept entirely, unless the hour is taken by someone else, in which case it comes back whole. Where you can show the loss came to less than the share kept, the house keeps only that lesser figure.
I booked with no deposit and I need to call it off. What do I owe?
Nothing whatever, as long as she has not set out. Once she is already crossing the city, the share of the fee her journey represents, and nothing beyond it. Cancelling never makes you liable to the house for damages, with a deposit behind the booking or without one.
How long does she take to reach my room?
Forty to sixty minutes to any central Amsterdam address, timed from when the booking is agreed and not from when you first wrote. The figure holds across the week and across the hours. Schiphol and the airport hotels sit outside it and are arranged separately, with the journey time agreed with you before anything is fixed.
Can I book from the airport before I have checked in?
Yes, and on a short trip it is the sensible move. Give the name of the street or building if you have it, the hour in Amsterdam time and the length, and add the room number to the thread once reception has given you one. A booking arranged before you land carries half the fee ahead, which is what holds the hour while you are still in transit.
What exactly should the first message say?
Four things. Where you are, which evening and at what hour in Amsterdam time, how long, and either a name from the roster or a line about the kind of evening you want. That is enough for a complete reply with a name, a figure and an arrival window. Anything else can be sorted out afterwards in the same thread.

Is it possible to ask for one particular woman?
Yes. Name her in the first line and say whether the evening depends on her. If it does, the answer is a straight yes or no. If it does not, say that as well, and the reply comes back with who has the hour free. On a short trip the second version is usually the faster route, because waiting to see whether one name comes good is what costs people the evening.
What decides what a session includes?
She does, every time. Each therapist sets the boundaries of her own visit, states them in her own words at the start and keeps them there until she leaves. She may decline a booking at any stage without owing a reason, and she may end a visit at any point, in which case the fee for the reserved time stands and nothing further is added.
Is the balance paid in cash?
The balance is settled on arrival, and cash in another major currency is welcome, with the exact sum in that currency confirmed to you in writing before she sets out. Which dates does the house treat as peak?
King's Day, Pride, the Amsterdam Dance Event, the stretch from Christmas into the new year, and a large conference week. The house names them if you ask which your trip lands on. A peak date carries half the fee ahead whatever the notice, including the same-day hour a returning guest would otherwise settle entirely at the door.
Is anything arranged outside the city?
No. Central Amsterdam and the airport hotels at Schiphol, and nothing else, whatever the offer. If your room is in another town, the answer will be a plain no rather than a negotiation, which is worth knowing before a weekend is planned around a cheaper room some distance out.
I booked the Saturday from home and now I want the Friday instead. Does the change cost me anything?
Not if it is your first change and the message reaches the thread with more than twenty-four hours left before the Saturday hour, with the Friday you want falling inside the next fortnight. On those two conditions the front half moves across untouched: two hours at EUR 360 held with EUR 180 simply becomes the same two hours on the Friday, still held with the same EUR 180. Ask for a second move, or send the first one inside the final day, and it is measured exactly as a cancellation sent at that moment would be, with whatever the scale does not keep carried on to the new evening.
It is Thursday, this is my first trip here, and I want ninety minutes on the Friday. What goes ahead?
Half, and for two separate reasons at once: the evening starts more than twenty-four hours after you are writing, and it is your first booking with the house. Ninety minutes is EUR 270, so EUR 135 is asked for once the Friday hour is agreed in the thread, by card or, if you prefer, by Revolut, Wise or crypto. The remaining EUR 135 is handed over when she arrives. Neither reason goes away on a short trip, so a first weekend booking always runs this way, and a later same day hour at a city address is the only one that does not.
My flight is running four hours late and I am going to miss the hour I booked. Where does that leave me?
An airline moving your arrival sits on your side of the line rather than in the small set of events outside both sides, so it is read on the ordinary notice scale. Write the moment you know. If the message lands before she has left, half of the front half stays as fee already earned and half returns to you. If she is already crossing the city when it lands, the front half stays whole, unless the evening is taken by somebody else, in which case it all comes back. Where a later hour that night still works, say so in the same message and it can be treated as your one free move instead.
On a trip this short, who decides what a session includes?
